Why Noosa Confidential

With over 15 years of refinement and real-world results, Noosa Confidential offers a proven, outcomes-based approach to recovery — grounded in what works, not what’s trending.

We’re not a revolving-door rehab, and we’re not a wellness retreat wrapped in therapy language. Our programs are long enough to create lasting change, designed to prevent relapse rather than repeat attendance.

Every guest receives one-on-one support from qualified professionals. No group programs packaged as personalised care. No sales tactics. No hidden extras. Just transparent pricing and genuine, expert-led support from day one. We’re proudly Australian owned and therapist-led, with a team that’s deeply invested in your progress. This is care for people who are ready to change - and won’t settle for surface-level solutions.

Five guests maximum, unlimited attention.
Five guests maximum, unlimited attention.

We support just five guests at a time to ensure the highest level of privacy, focus, and truly personalised care.

This small scale isn’t a detail, it’s a philosophy. It means more 1:1 time, deeper therapeutic relationships, and a program built around your needs, not a group schedule.

We don’t follow trends — we follow evidence.

Our approach integrates science-led clinical care with proven holistic therapies to treat the whole system: body, brain, gut, nervous system, history, and environment. From functional medicine and psychiatry to somatic therapy, nutrition, and nature-based work — every element is intentional, evidence-backed, and built to support real recovery.

Personalised, adaptive programs.

No two journeys look the same and neither should the support.

Our programs are custom-built around you, not fit into pre-set schedules or group routines. Every therapy is one-on-one, and your program evolves as you do. Whether you need to move slowly or push forward, we meet you exactly where you are.

Independent, Australian, and family-run.

Noosa Confidential is proudly family-owned and operated.

We’re not backed by investors, franchised, or part of a corporate chain. That independence means our focus stays where it should: on quality, not quantity. Our founder is a qualified therapist who works onsite daily, ensuring every detail is streamlined to serve you better.

Your week, your way.

Between personalised therapy sessions, you’ll find space for restorative moments like these. Each week is carefully designed around your needs, energy, and goals, balancing deeper therapeutic work with time to rest, reflect, and integrate.

FAQ
Questions? We’ve got you

Making meaningful change comes with questions, and we’re here to answer them plainly. Below, you’ll find straightforward, evidence-based responses to the things we’re asked most often to help you move forward with confidence.

What is rehabilitation?

Rehabilitation is where the life changing work happens.

It's not about going back to who you were, but moving forwards to a new and empowered version of self.

It’s a focused, no-nonsense process designed to tackle the root causes of your challenges; whether addiction, mental health, trauma, or other complex issues.

Unlike quick fixes, wellness retreats, or surface-level treatments, rehab isn’t about feeling good for a moment or masking symptoms. It’s about getting real with yourself and committing to tailored therapies, medical care, and practical support that create lasting change.

What should I expect during rehabilitation?

Expect honesty. Expect disruption. Expect to be challenged - compassionately, but directly.

Rehab at NC isn’t a retreat or a break from life. It’s a full system reset. From day one, you’ll be surrounded by a dedicated team that includes doctors, therapists, nurses, nutritionists, bodyworkers, and functional medicine practitioners - each working together to support your unique needs.

You’ll begin with thorough testing to get a clear picture of what’s actually going on: biologically, psychologically, and behaviourally. From there, your program is built and adapted daily to your needs.

Expect daily one-on-one therapy, medical and nutritional support, gut health work, body-based treatments, and nervous system regulation. No filler. Just the right support, at the right time, delivered by a team that’s in your corner. And for residential patients, when you leave, the work continues with 12 months of aftercare to back you up.

What is the duration of the programs?

Program duration is always focused on driving real, lasting change—not simply checking boxes or meeting arbitrary timelines. It reflects the time needed for meaningful biological and behavioural shifts to take hold.

  • Residential programs typically span 13 to 14 months, including a preparation and support phase before arrival, a 4 to 8 week residential stay, followed by 12 months of comprehensive aftercare.
  • Outpatient programs range between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on individual needs.

How many guests are accommodated at once?

We limit our intake to just five guests at a time — intentionally — so every individual receives the dedicated, personalised care they deserve.

What is the difference between a one-on-one program, a group program or a blended program?

A one-on-one program means every therapy and treatment is delivered exclusively in a private, individual setting.

A group program means all sessions take place in a group or classroom-style environment.

A blended program combines both—most services are delivered in a group setting, with only a few therapy sessions happening one-on-one.

What does all-inclusive really mean?

It means there are no additional out of pocket expenses. Some service providers offer “limited” programs often called “essentials or Foundation programs” which are designed to make their cup front pricing appear to be favourable, however, upon arrival guests are likely to require purchasing additional add-ons to ensure the solution is comprehensive.

Everything included in NC programs is deemed necessary and all guests are exposed to everything we offer.
