What we did
NC Gut Protocol, gut permeability, neurotransmitters tests and appropriate repair.
Exercise Physiology and training including boxing, hiking and building self esteem and self talk through physical challenges and achievements.
Food as Medicine, nutritional education and naturopathic supplementation had a significant impact on the hidden rivers of his depression and anxiety.
Psychological exploration and support including narrative exploration of values and priorities, belief about self, overcoming negative self talk, cultural norms and conditioning being challenged and support given to integrate into family. Also, goals reviewed and new short, medium and long term goals set.

By end of program client feeling significantly more confident socially and able to challenge his fears. Body tone and condition improved and gut permeability improved thus reducing feelings of anxiety and depressive episodes. Reduced medication, maintained gut protocol and at 6 and 12 month check ins, client reported he was a different person to who he was a year before.
He has taken consistent small steps toward his goals, he is in a relationship, has a strong social network of friends, considering study and in a new job.
