Peter has always had an interest in health due to the untimely and premature loss of his Father at a young and impressionable age.
His first exposure to the emotional fulfilment of social contribution was back in 1990 as a District Chairman for the Salvation Army in Sydney where he was responsible for coordinating 80 volunteers.
He also volunteered for 2 years acting as a "Key Advisor" to the board for a non-for-profit start-up rehabilitation program in Western Australia.
Peter has now worked with no less than 6 different treatment options ranging from non-residential outpatient programs, residential group-based programs as well as 3 one-on-one service providers both in the private and not-for-profit sectors.
