Alessandra, also known as Ale, is a Certified Personal Trainer and ‘Outdoor Recreation buddy’ to Guests at Noosa Confidential.
Ale’s approach to training stems from the fundamentals of Functional Training, incorporating movements found in the activities of daily life.
Ale believes in a holistic approach to fitness, creating sessions that incorporate cardiovascular/strength training and emphasises the importance of flexibility and balance for total physical wellness. Her sessions are simple to follow, with an intent on instructing proper form and mobility.
Most importantly, she strives to provide Guests with fun and satisfying experiences that are inspiring and reassuring in their personal ability.
A life-long lover of dance, Ale believes wholeheartedly that movement is a necessary component for physical and mental wellbeing and personal expression.
In addition, Ale is part of the Guest Support Team at Noosa Confidential. She accompanies Guests and assists them with their individual needs during their stay.
Having lived in Noosa for close to 20 years, she greatly enjoys taking Guests on outings and sharing her local knowledge.
Some of these activities include bush and beach walking, mountain climbing, Surf ski kayaking, stand-up paddling, ocean swimming, snorkelling, conscious dance, nature immersion and meditation, as well as other creative projects such as ceramic clay/sculpture, arts and crafts and expressive painting.
Alessandra is multi-lingual, fluent in Spanish, French, English and Italian languages.
