Bill Stanghon is a compassionate and dedicated individual who has developed a keen interest in understanding and assisting individuals facing mental health challenges from an early age. His desire to make a positive difference led him to pursue a career in the helping professions.

In 2020, Bill joined Noosa Confidential as a Guest Support professional. With his exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic nature, Bill quickly became an invaluable member of the team. He has been actively involved in providing compassionate support and guidance to the facility's guests, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with care and understanding.

In addition to his work as a Guest Support professional, Bill is currently pursuing his breathwork facilitator course and a Psychology degree at Queensland University. He understands the importance of continuous learning and seeks to expand his knowledge and skills to better serve individuals facing mental health challenges. Bill's educational pursuits reflect his determination to provide comprehensive and effective support to those who require it most.

Bill's strong belief in the power of empathy and understanding drives his approach to supporting individuals with mental health issues. He actively listens to their concerns, offers guidance, and encourages them to explore their emotions in a safe and non-judgmental environment. By fostering a sense of trust and compassion, Bill helps individuals discover their inner strength and develop effective coping strategies.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Bill enjoys running and weightlifting to staying physically active, which helps him maintain a balanced lifestyle. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, recognizing the importance of personal connections in his own wellbeing.
