She earned her Bachelor's degree in Paramedic Science in 2014, displaying her commitment to providing exceptional care and support to those in need. This academic foundation has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of medical practices, emergency response procedures, and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Joining the team at Noosa Confidential in 2015, as the Operations Manager, Kristi is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Noosa Confidential. Her role involves managing staff schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all aspects of the facility run smoothly. She is also involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Kristi is deeply committed to the well-being and recovery of the clients at Noosa Confidential. She works closely with the treatment team to ensure that each client receives personalised care and support throughout their journey to healing and recovery.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kristi enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and adorable cavoodle at the beach or in the surf. She is a strong advocate for self-care, recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
