What did you do before your role at Noosa Confidential?
Following my studies at University in 2008, I was fortunate enough to start working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a multidisciplinary Allied Health Team where I gained experience in rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic and cardiorespiratory conditions. ]
From there I moved on to working in Private Practice with a focus on individualised one on one treatments. I was privileged to work alongside an amazing and very knowledgeable Accredited Exercise Physiologist and joined his business in February 2017.
I have been working for Noosa Confidential for almost 2 years.
Why do you choose to work at Noosa Confidential?
I choose to work at Noosa Confidential as it is challenging and very rewarding. I am passionate about my work and thrive on helping people reach their goals, whether it might be reducing pain, improving mobility and strength or their overall wellbeing.
What does a general day look like in your work?
Every client goes through a thorough initial assessment.
In this session, we gain valuable information about the client’s medical history, their lifestyle choices and exercise regime. The client undergoes a structural and movement pattern assessment. Based on the results of these assessments, a rehab exercise program is developed which the client follows daily on their own. In most cases, clients are also taken through a functional strength program twice a week.

I enjoy helping people improve the quality of their life by enhancing their mobility, strength, overall fitness level and wellbeing.
What is your favourite philosophy for life?
In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.
